I suggest taking a few months off before making the decision to outright quit.
Anything becomes tedious if you do it too much.
Take some time off, stay away from translation and do some other stuff.
If, after that, you still want to quit, then it is time to quit. If you don't, then it was just burnout and everything is fine.

Though maybe then taking a few breaks from time to time so this doesn't repeat itself.
