With all the other number chick's that are said to cheat on him. If they just had fuckbuddy relationship that's whatever but if this was supposedly a harem member that cheats definitely turn off readers

no, I don't know about the story. But it's a general thing: if he don't care/love them and they fuck around, that it isn't NTR, maybe it's cheating is the relationship is stable. NTR is when the male (or the woman) suffer or would suffer about the cheat. This protagonist doesn't seems to care about anyone, so I don't think it will be NTR. Personally I don't like this kind of story, so I'll pass

I dont believe there is real netorare in this Light Novel. There are instances where the girl was tricked to go to bed with a guy (which MC punishes her severely) and another lady that was married to a nobleman while conceiving MC's baby. But eventually, both of them are back with the MC.

And there are trap, monster girls, consensual sex borderline rape, but as a lot of people pointed out, logic and common sense is not strong on this MC though his plot armor is quite thick. So to the point that, anything with hole, he will BANG

Regarding that issue.

He doesnt really care if his women, (which number in the hundreds at one point), sleep around with other men, because he says he will always go and take them back.
He actually got a prostitute into his harem that has a damaged uterus and cant give birth, so she is specially fond of children and will later on have a sexual relationship with a boy they adopted into his family.
Frankly the only woman he cares most about is the vampire.
