Uuuh yeah, this lost steam very quickly. I think it was somewhere in chapter 4 I realized there is no tension. Its so unclear what the school is, the student councils, and so on that anything can happen and it will be believable. No character had any substance. Well, good ecchi shots but that's about it. Gankon felt  very similar to this point yet did it better. Eh, I enjoyed the art style, so hopefully the author improves in the future.
