MC seems dislike his school system that divided the students based on their talents/smarts. There is kinda 2 rank now at school the elite rank for the talented and smart students and trash rank for stupid and talentless students.

He seems want to change it and he also meet with certain blonde girl with pony tail hair that suddenly say she also want to change the school system where everyone is equal and invite MC to join him to change the school system.

It was purely romcom, MC also seems kinda average ? while the blonde girl was very smart and talented.

So anyone the name ? it still ongoing i think, released around 2021-2023.
