I also love the amount of detail Ikeda puts into his art. See page 33, for example. The scars on Tsukune's hand, bottom right.
And Moka's face shot on the following page is just seriously beautiful!

Honestly, whenever I see things like that I can't help but feel Ikeda truly enjoyed drawing this manga.
