@Doomroar, if he actually killed his father, it was just before his father would anyway have taken his own life. That the father didn't die in the same manner as did the others suggests that the son indeed killed him. But the hatred of the son for his father was a love turned vey angry; what the son really wanted was a different relationship with his father. One way or another, the son wishes that he'd behaved differently, now that he understands that his father wasn't simply a shameless brute. Possibly there is some error in translation, and the son is simply expressing a sense of guilt for his choices in how he treated his father.

@MagiciansBlack, did he kill one of the triplets? In the episode in which he recalled killing that triplet, the triplet declared that it were a dream. Is that plausibly a real event? or is it an artefact of something like hypnosis?

@Oeconomist It seemed to me that the triplets said it was a dream to make him forget/disregard their existance, because it's pretty unlikely that they really are triplets, considering that one of the victims referred to them as 'God' and there is at least one more person outside of the triplets that looks just like them (The guy who ratted END out).

@MagiciansBlack, whatever might be the truth of the n- tuplets, it is implausible that the first would have reacted to being stabbed simply by telling his attacker that the attacker were dreaming. The brother's memory of the attack is unreliable, ever to the point that we cannot know that he was the attacker.

@ThinkPositive— The reason that I italicized the “if” is because, at present, there are two possible interpretations. It is possible that he directly killed his father; it is possible that he merely feels that he drove his father to his death.

But understand that, within these possibilities, there are sub-cases. For example, perhaps the father pulled back from killing himself, only to be killed by the therapist who had been attempting to manipulate him. The death is not then a patricide or a suicide.

@ThinkPositive see that's the thing, if he drove his dad to suicide then there's nothing on him to comment about, if his dad killed himself there's no need to say "you should've offed yourself when you had the chance before i killed you" as it is put it makes him look like an End copy cat that killed his dad, but then... why wouldn't he know about the suicide note?

As i am reading it, it looks like he killed his dad before the dad got the chance to kill himself. However... that brings the problem of the suicide note and End, etc.
