I suppose the main drama is the bull crap love triangle. But the fact that it's wrapped around a basketball game that has 0 stakes and everyone seems to be taking it so seriously is freaking hilarious. Like I don't find it in me to take this seriously anymore, I hope at least her homewrecker attempts have consequences. Then again this manga is about a rich girl that fell in love with a boy because he stayed late practicing soccer by himself, so justification for the character's emotions is as weak as it gets.
