Her character is somewhat similar to the woman who puts the man in the friend zone in order to benefit from them and in the end chooses the best. I can say that she does not really love him. If she was loyal to him, she would have rejected Reynolds decisively, but even after rejecting Reynolds, she regretted it, so she is hated by the readers of the novel.

Honestly it annoys me that these isekai/fantasy stories keep introducing and then killing Dragons early in the story.
Especially so with those that is important enough to give distinction with the rest like "Legendary" or "Ancient".

It's especially annoying when later on they meet a different enemy that is usually lower class than Dragons like werewolves that gives the protagonist a harder fight.

Dragons used to be creatures that everyone feared and respected, including other legendary beings.
Killing one used to mean you're legendary and gave you Titles.
How did this happen? 😭

The plot twist is interesting and fresh enough to keep an eye on.

also, Hyce power is just OP actually, and author nerfed him by making him fight with someone, and he can't use his power to full potential because of the AoE damage could affect his allies

that's where you're wrong, it's implied a lot by the author that Sasha like Hyce from the start, it's literally the reason why she's always jealous when other girl got close to him or when someone ask her about hyce she got flustered, heck, she even think of hyce a lot

even from Reynold PoV from one of the chapter, he even said it himself he knew that Sasha likes Hyce, but she just didn't notice it which is also why he said in said chapter he had a shot (it's also the reason why Reynold doesn't want Sasha get close to Hyce, he doesn't her to notice it)

when Eclipse and co. appeared, it's already at the point she finally understood her own feeling and the other heroine also made her realize clearly as well, when other heroine said they want to marry Hyce, she noticed her jealousy is actually her liking Hyce all this time

as i said, author written Sasha to be clumsy and naive, also stubborn in a way, and dense, Hyce actually realized a lot of other heroine liking him way earlier than Sasha even noticing that Piazolla actually like her not as a friend, Hyce just ignore it
Hyce only didn't notice Sasha feeling early on because his hatred is bigger than his other feeling for Sasha, he immediately notice his own feeling and sasha's when they got closer again, but just refused to accept it

but that's what makes story interesting, no? that it's different from real life and i know that it's easy to think "this character bad" from spoiler alone, because i was the same, despite the fatal flaw, the MC and FMC actually interesting in this story, and it's not "edgy" story either

i wouldn't bother trying to discuss this story for so long if the story isn't at least quite interesting
