Its a standard story of the girl Kaiser is teaching is not doing well with magic casting cause of how she was taught previously. If she made mistake she got whipped. She’s from a noble family, her magic casting wasn’t viewed positively and even the maids talk about her behind her back. So she’s being hindered by her fear of making mistakes and getting punished and can’t cast magic like she wants. Kaiser and her end up helping Meryl’s little magic show where Kaiser manages to help her break out of the “chains” binding her. Where she finally discovers the joy of casting magic.

Also, during the magic show, she was given a revealing costume to wear. Kaiser is wearing a suit with top hat, and Meryl is wearing a jester/clown costume

Apprehend her? who? She literally blew many cities away, flexed a hydra just so she could have fun? Her magical power is off the charts, Forget jail. She'd literally make any system they had before child's play.

She just happened to be affected by the Bulma clause, Otherwise she's literally untouchable so everyone has to go along with her whims.

I too teeter on whether this series is worth a read but with it's concept of his daughters loving him past a father I think we strayed from logic a long time ago.

This is...a rather weird manga.

The terrorist responsible for deliberately causing a catastrophe to befall the royal capital casually walks in an announces her crimes only for everyone to just go, "Well, that's just Etra for you".

I'm not sure what's stranger. The powerscaling? That there's people that exist capable of soloing nations and no one has made any form of protocol to deal with them yet—citizens can only watch as these people guilt free announce their crimes.

Or the fact that they pretty much made an entire volume of the story feel pointless. Like, they made the whole promotion exam feel like such a big deal only for them to basically shrug when the perpetrator walks in front of their door.

Well, I guess all I can say is...lol XD.
