Looking at the direction the story goes I don't think it'll go incest route. At the same time idk Kaiser being with anyone other than his daughters just doesn't sit right with me either.

Above, you said "girl = daughter", but Kaiser has three--did you mean all three? And with that said, what do you mean by "independent"--do they fall out of love with Kaiser? That'd be weak if so: Elsa is the best girl and the one closest to him in characteristics (he's primarily a swordsman, and so is she), but not one of the sisters can win without the other two winning as well due to certain extreme sibling rivalry, so that makes Elsa--and, by extension, Anna and Meryl--the natural best choice.

Also, and on a side note, NO ONE reads this manga for the side women--and definitely not for Regina. Everyone's reading it at least for the sisters (and hopefully because Kaiser isn't your average effeminate mahou shoujo male MC--he's actually manly), who are all appealing (well, Meryl is because the girls are a set deal--get one, get all; the lolicon pandering aside, she's cute). They're also constantly referenced throughout the story, and are the actual female leads of the story--the story revolves around Kaiser, whose life was greatly shaped by them.

BTW, perhaps you shouldn't have spoilered what you said about Regina not being the female lead, at least--everyone seems to misunderstand in the comments of the next chapter.
