In case people care for this sorta thing:
I used to do the typesetting / proofreading / cleaning / etc. for this manga myself, but I no longer have the ability to do so in a timely manner.
So I asked the translator to try and find a group to take over the other scanlation tasks.

Initially we found a group that said they would take over those tasks, but they kinda vanished after 1-2 chapters and the translated manga started falling behind in chapters.
So I did chapter 10 and asked the translator to keep their eyes open for another group that could help out and he found "Ayakashi Ghost Scanlation ENG | Rakuen Translations".

I hope that sorta explains why there are various group names scattered across the chapter list.

In conclusion: this is definitely not "sniping".
A big thank you to "Ayakashi Ghost Scanlation ENG | Rakuen Translations" for taking over.
