OK I'm actually confused now how tf does this have a decent rating while also being criticized by half of the comments in the first chapter wtf?

Amazing how by-the-numbers these stories always start. Not a single real divergence.

Yep that's exactly what has to be going thru her head, I feel bad for her cause she did nothing wrong, and now she's gonna end up getting folded along with the party smh
After watching how badly they treated the one she is replacing, and still deciding to stay with them, everything that happens to her afterwards is on her.

Another story where the high rank party kicks out the logistics/support guy and of course, backfires

This kind of setup has become a trope where MC supports the party all along only to get kicked out and then goes on to either live a slow life or just be better off without the party (all while the party realizes that they screwed up letting MC go).

I think the start here would have been better if we entered the story a little earlier. His party seems to really look down on him and he seems completely oblivious to that. I want to see them trying to be gentler/subtler with trying to let him go only to find he is like a brick wall and just doesn't get it. Then they finally resorted being as blunt as a sledgehammer because they can't find any other way to get it through his thick head. I want to see that them looking down on him is BECAUSE he is so dense.

Yeah and no. People here just griping about the opening scene, probably because MC was kinda in the fault too for letting the other member into power tripping fantasy by failing to communicate what buff he added to the party.
The whole thing just shows that both sides are dumb, and there's no winning for either side.
Even though usually in this kind of trope, MC actually did his best to show his support abilities, but the other party members failed to appreciate it.
This one? Nah, MC just too lazy to tell his party that he buffed their equipment. Even though, granted, the members are jerk too, so it's just losing all around.

:nyoron:
