This manga is like a crash course in taking every trope that seems popular and packing it into one manga.

Boobs, dumb edgy shit like half masks, boobs, Japanese MCs doing stupid shit for the sake of boobs, boobs, isekai boobs, isekai damsel boobs, isekai fantasy adventure guilds, isekai fantasy guild girl boobs, for some reason... nuns, nuns with boobs, damsels trapped in a probably winnable or escapable situation but are stuck because MC needs to save some boobs, OP MCs, explaining that the MC is OP instead of showing it, showing the MC is OP right after explaining it for an hour, and I'm pretty sure... boobs."
"Excellent, put that in there."

"But sir, that's too much, if we just Jackson Pollock tropes all over the manga, it will get boring and predictable and people will drop it and we'll have no choice but to axe it!"

Ayy man I think you forgot to mention big boobs and small boobs, but that's ok we all make mistakes sometimes.

MC dude could get used to killing humans by slaying those noname goons. At the end of the day, he can set rules for himself in his mind all day long, but it's vastly different when he actually needs to pull it off. It would be risky to leave growing those calluses to the point where it matters critically. That is, when he's right in the middle of saving Lavia. If he hesitates for a second there, it could be all over. He can't very well train anymore when the operation is underway. He needs to kill some scumbags in a situation where it doesn't really matter so much how smoothly he can do it. This would be the perfect opportunity. He doesn't know any of these people, nor does he have any obligation to save them. Those men deserve to die, saving the women could be considered a good deed, but even if he fails, that's just life. Nobody becomes an adventurer without realising the risks.

The only downside would be that the saved women would witness his power.
