sad and happy ending ;-; thank you so much for translating!! I wish we got a little closure on what happened to the mom but it's fine lol. I was also mega baited by the hand reaching for sachi's panel from earlier only for it to just be a vision

Thanks for the translation.

I am in great pain. I was in denial that he died for most of the last chapters and then I couldnt stop crying. I wish they couldve just sent him to jail to reunite with sachi and co many years later... Aaaaah. I'm so so sad. ;;

I genuinely thought the author would choose this plot. They would reunite when sachi got a little older so she wouldn't be a minor anymore. And they would live happily ever after. I didn't expet haru to be dying at all. Boy my heart is crumbling to pieces right now

That's kind of how this kind of manga usually goes. I was not surprised at all.

Thanks for TL. It'd was a great, long journey (started reading around first 7-8 chapters).
Feels a bit bitter, as everybody, I hoped for happy end, but, well... It was really good.

Thanks for finishing the final volume. I'm so sad that Oniisan died... seriously thought author would send him to jail for a couple years and he can live happily with Sachi in the future. I'm glad Sachi managed to be adopted by the detective guy though. That one room of happiness exhibition made me tear up :angery:

What an objectively stupid ending. First off holsters are always strapped down so random people don’t grab the gun (like what happened), second of the gun wouldn’t have been cocked (it’s a revolver) giving at least a second for the police officer to tackle her, third off the moment somebody even tried to go for an officers gun they would be tackled to the ground, fourth off when someone is arrested for a serious crime they would be handcuffed with their arms behind their back and as they get escorted to the police car two police men would have holding each of her arms.

If you wanted mc to die at least let it happen realistically.

Wow the author really had to ruin the ending for the shock factor. How fucking pointless. It's a decent ending. I get what they were going for, but still a letdown. I almost want to rate it a 1-star just for this alone.

I always viewed their relationship as non romantic, but yeah agreed I wanted them to be family again.... I suppose at least he got to see his dad again and sachi got to be raised by actually good people for the first time in her entire life. ;;
