2 more chapters? And yeah, doesn't look like we're heading for a happy ending. Only way I see this getting wrapped up in two chapters is with suicide/death.

I really hope the ending is awesome, but I doubt it will be. This manga had such a strong premise and start, but it's just gone nuts. So many other characters, weird conspiracies... I think the plot is overly convoluted and complicated.

Pretty sure he did? It was a mitigating factor in his sentencing (along with his young age) which is why he got out fairly quickly. He just doesn't open up about the full sequence of events because he feels its his fault that his sister died and that he could have done something more.

I'm not so sure. He finally watched the recording to the end and his face makes it seem he just saw something important. This could be something that finally helps them move on.

Yeah…the story is progressing very little overall, they repeat the same point quite frequently so the trauma starts to lose its impact.

Especially since there’s pretty much no levity to this story now that the mom is gone (and Shiika is brainbroken)
