The merchant's wife must've been lonely and bored to chat her up for so long. I half-expected her to somehow figure out that Ivy is a girl, but she didn't. Given that we didn't get to know their names I don't think we'll see this couple again.

I'd have thought she'd stay for a while in Latoto because things got (relatively) good there for her, but she just keeps going on a journey. This really is a true adventure story.

Wonder if that scarface adventurer is going to be a recurring character.
