I'm dropping this because the drama is just too heartbreaking for me. I know this stuff is so true in many countries, and in those self-important sections of the population. Kids being driven to do everything and having no childhood just destroys me. I had a "normal" upbringing, playing outside until the sun set, and I think it is the utmost cruelty to push your kids so far that they never get to enjoy any freedom, because being wealthy and successful and continuing legacy is just seen as the ultimate goal in life. For me, this kind of story is just as bad as NTR / sexual abuse / depression / bullying stories.

I know that most people do enjoy reading gritty, real life drama as entertainment, but I simply don't have the bandwidth and instead concentrate on empty headed romance / fluff / comedy.
