Regarding the prince: If him being asleep for the most part means he was conscious, then he can't be the father.
There's also the thing about "the world" we've been on until now. Was it the purgatory? Or was it Miki's imaginary world. Because the title of the series suggest it's her imagination, and so, the other people wouldn't be the actual souls of anyone, but just Miki's dream.

Then, it wouldn't be that a certain character is doing this or that. But just that her dream changes according to real world stimuli and her mind tries to fit them as best as she can.

Sooo my question is, did Miki's gang rape actually happen? We know there's a timeline of "Miki got felt up by her brother -> Miki graduated from high school/her brother dies that day -> Miki goes away to college... but the supposed gang rape also happened after she went to college. Was that real was she already in a coma by then?

Have all of her nymphomanic days (before everyone vanished) also then been part of the coma-dream? i.e. it's possible she's still a virgin?

And since she was in a dream, no one "raped" her because, well, it's her dream. Her subconscious imagined herself being raped. Probably.

Anyway it's been a hell of a ride, and I feel like I joined at just the right time, since I just started reading this manga this week.

I'm thinking it was a suicide pact thing and they had something to do with the boat capsizing. This would explain why they were trying to usher her towards the afterlife. I presume the price is just another patient who talked to her? Also who remembers that giant door where they found the prince. What if that is indicating her brain locking off a memory?

I kind of skipped a lot of the in-between chapters when I picked this up. I wonder if there was any kind of foreshadowing about the true nature of her situation? Without that, it would just seem like kind of an ass-pull by the author. Like "lol, she was in a coma the whole time! Betcha didn't see that coming."

I haven't looked at the RAW, but this page https://mangadex.org/data/d81d6a3792c3907f2777248ef10477f0/m5.png I'm assuming it had "義父" written in the Japanese. "Gifu" can mean both "stepfather" and also "father-in-law," and in this case, it should have been the former instead of the (incorrectly used) latter. After all, it was her stepfather and stepbrother who died. It can also mean foster father, but that's not relevant in this case.
