Also, it's probably just me but I hate the whole "we forced you to get reincarnated into an animal for no reason at all but to put you through unnecessary hardships. Also, you had the choice to evolve into a human but if you do you will lose out on somebody who became important to you". Like this isn't even a choice at all. They even act like they are sorry for this when they could have done something better for the guy from the very beginning.

Dammit I shouldn't have read that chapter. I knew it was going to be bad, and I still read it, I'm basically a masochist at this point.

Seriously I got to know does anyone else have trouble reading this sort of content or is it just me? You know the whole good person being falsely accused and attacked/punished for something they didn't do. I think the way I react to it is the same way other people react to netorare.

Anyway I feel like this isn't going to get resolved at any point in the future. I feel like this is going to go into some sort of forced demon lord route where he goes on the run with the girl, and the whole world is trying to hunt them down and kill them.

I just want some fucking deus ex machima to swoop down and slaughter the whole brainwashed mob, then set the record straight and put everyone in their proper place. Instead my inner pessimist says the whole series is going to turn into a dark struggle for survival as the two of them are hunted relentless to the ends of the earth.
