What I get is that whenever Itsuka falls in Love with her, he reverses time to where his heart doesnt want her. His view of a Hero is for everybody, a Hero should be for the masses not for an individual person. Howerver the more he uses this magic the party members (except Hero and Elf (probably)) gets affected as well.

A little sad that everyone's not liking the manga anymore, sure it's not very comprehensive at times but time will eventually reveal all their secrets and I'll just wait while having fun randomly guessing what everyone's intentions are.

Ok am I understanding this right? The fly guy rewound time for a day (just Toiphas time I think? but I could be wrong), so she lost memories of her hometown and age. Itsuka wants to rewind Shayuus time because he thinks she shouldn't be in love with anyone since a hero should prioritise everyone equally, but asks her that question about letting him leave to see how she really feels and if its worth the risk. But because her answer was selfish (manga with that usual 'if you love them, you'll let them leave if that's want they really want' reoccurring theme), he concludes that she doesn't really love him, so he'll drop it for now... I'm not sure if I've followed that right, misunderstanding, or if I'm forgetting stuff from prior chapters?

To him, a hero should treat people equally and a mage should not have any unnecessary feeling that might hinder his calculations. That's why he came to a conclusion that they shouldn't fall in love with each other and want to reverse the hero's time to before she fell in love with him. Blud is just obsessed with the no office romance policy lol
