Mero for a 3 years younger than Chihiro, is quite observant and mature to know both about her brother and relationships.
Glad she made Rea realize he has set his heart to no other than her, because Rea believed he has Ranko as possible love interest, that for now is only unrequited for Ranko.
Darin seems knowledgeable about sexual part of relationship but has zero understanding of emotional connection in it, hopefully someone else will fill her out on that because Chihiro gives absolutely no interest in her.
The lava formed cavern seems like a red herring, it's an ideal place for Rea to stay forever, but then again away from Chihiro unless he moves in...
Pretty rare sight in stories, it's a second time Chihiro being so straightforward in his heart, usually it takes up till the end for such confessions to be made.
Hopefully there won't be any more misunderstandings from Rea any more, although I believe Ranko will make plenty of irritating moves...
