I honestly think some people are overly hyping things up, but we'll see what everyone else's reactions are. I don't want to spoil anything. It always remains a sexually charged but sweet slow-ish burn between the Main 2, even if it gets a bit crazy, so I don't think it's anything to fear. Just depends on what you can accept in context. We'll see.

Yeah, it's up to you for sure. You have to accept her character and also recognize that she only has genuine feelings for the MC and is very open about that. The series always feels fun and silly and doesn't dwell on bad emotions, so I would say to keep up with it. Beyond that, everyone's limit is up to them. The author's afterward in chapter 30.5 should put you at ease, a bit. Maybe lol
