Generally in a good way. The story feel a lot more cohesive after the changes and it makes more sense. For example, in ch 76 the web version has master stalk sasha to her job for no real reason.

The tank chapter adds a page explaining that he found out about sasha's jr idol work the night before which is why he tails her the following day.

The only really big change is to ch 84. Dinner with sasha's dad is completely rewritten and is split into 2 parts - ch 84/85. They go into Sasha's parents relationship. We actually get a canon cameo of what Sasha's mom looks like too:

I have many questions for vexell or anyone who could fill me in into this.

1) what’s sasha’s story behind this and what it has any connection this story, what was her profession and why is she into sex and has sex friends. (Also how old is the girl in every of these mangas all timeline? Ik it’s a loli manga but Jesus at that young age is still doesn’t sit right to me)

2) is this a ntr or nts relationship manga, will the MC be cucked or has been cucked (I just really hate cucks and ntr, i already know the response for this “just get off and read something else but it’s still engaging to read)

3) will it get better between MC and Sasha or will it be worse if they end up together (ntr again)

(like, was it supposed to be a romantic wholesome young romance, or was it always going to head into “I have sex friends and you can be part of it” it just really dropped my heart when I read the “oh yeah, I hooked up with senpai“ and “but we already hooked up before” I just feel disgusted every time I see something like this. (I’m a softie for mc’s love interest having their first time with mc and not a random hookup. Fuck I hate shit like this yet they’re so fucking engaging because drama and build up)

7) did MC and Sasha properly hooked up or was it all just teasful banter? If they did, was it meaningful as in progres in their relationship or was it just another sex friend thing again?

1: So. She's a junior gravure idol(this was a real thing in Japan). She's into sex because she really likes it. In some of the doujins she's roughly 11. In the manga she is 12. She is into sex as a way to punish her dad for not taking her in the divorce(for now anyway)

2: It's kind of an NTS story. She isn't going around fucking guys in order to hurt the MC. He knows what she's up to and is technically ok with it. It's still clear he doesn't actually like it, and wants to be exclusive. However he's also a little pervert like her and does actually get off on a lot of what she does. That being said they both have the strongest feelings for each other and she very much wants him involved in everything she does as much as possible.

3: We don't know. We know the author has a "happy ending" planned. However that looks is anyone's guess. Though we generally suspect it ends in some sort of open relationship with marriage.

4: The doujins with the fat otaku as her boyfriend are not canon, the rest are sort of loose canon. Hagu has expressed that no matter what universe, "Sasha is Sasha", meaning her character is pretty consistent no matter the timeline. However, yes. A lot of what you've seen her do in the doujins she has probably also done in the manga. Oh, but any doujin marked with "IFIFIFIFIF" is not canon at all(except for her sexual preferences expressed)

5: Wholesome? That's up for interpretation. What started her sex obsession? Well for now, until new info comes out in the manga. The author has previously said in a manga Q&A that she first became interested in sex while staying with her otaku uncle, and it was him that took her virginity. This would have been when she was around 8-10. Why does she have sex friends? Partly because she just really likes sex, and partly do punish her father for not standing up for her and keeping her in the divorce from Sasha's mother.

6: It's not entirely clear what the plan for this manga was. It certainly started off very tame. But if you look at the author's social media and Q&As from before the story shift, it seems clear he always wanted to story to be more extreme.

7.5: Yes she was technically groomed, but she already had a curiosity about sex and it was very likely consensual. How is everyone chill about it? shrug Hentai author, just go with it.

Yeah I gave this the good old college try, but even after reading up to the latest chapter; I just can’t get fully into it. I really do like the more genuinely cute and heartwarming moments (and the art is well done), but holy shit am I ever getting a terrible case of tonal whiplash from the often abrupt NTR fanservice and jokes/drama related to it spiced in; and I feel it mostly detracts from what aspects I do like about it. It doesn’t help that I don’t find Sasha particularly appealing either sexually since I’m not super big into lolicon or emotionally since at worst I often find her to be a particularly irritating manic pixie type of girl who’s also carrying the baggage of being a massive slut.

As far as contemporary rom-coms go, I find it sitting in a very unhappy middle ground between something mostly smutty like Daredemo Kimi Ga Suki and significantly more fluffy stuff like Nagatoro and Sono Bisque Doll. I don’t think I’ll drop it entirely, but maybe only come back when it’s ending, since I do find it interesting from a more meta perspective and I am still curious to see how it ends.

Also I’m curious if anyone else thinks it’s likely a more enjoyable less jarring experience to follow this as it comes out as opposed to marathoning it.
