@TsumomoiHedeka actually now that you mention it, it’s entirely possible that Lillian isn’t a woman. the feminine pronoun was my doing since I read them as a woman, but the japanese text doesn’t give any concrete confirmation of their gender, except that they use the feminine-leaning but technically gender-neutral first-person pronoun 私/watashi. either way, this is a one-off character so even if I was wrong it doesn’t really matter

@Terithian that’s the thing.... the translation of 夢魔 as “incubus“ was also my doing. I wasn’t familiar with this term, so I looked it up in a dictionary that says it can be translated as either incubus or succubus, or more specifically, it’s a demon that appears in a dream. I went with incubus because another member of this clan appears later on, and it seemed to me that “incubus” was more generalizable to multiple genders than “succubus.” but afaik the term that was used in the original text is also gender-neutral 😅
