Skimmed chapters 1 through 11 (only chapters out rn) and this seems less of a horror manga but more like an edgy and gore manga, with some action sprinkled on to it.
Which the edginess and gore is similar to "Fukushuu wo Koinegau Saikyou Yuusha wa, Yami no Chikara de Senmetsu Musou Suru" in a sense, sort of for shock reasons. (And also has a cherry of revenge on top of it)

If you are looking for a story plot and reasoning for this madness...turn around and look somewhere else.
After seeing the killer clown come back to life the only thing I kept seeing was a clown rip off version of jason...no seriously he got shot more then John Marston and even got set on fire and he just laughed it off.
So the clows are killer cyborgs that only target children and was created by some random rich group who hate kids....so epistine Island but instead diddling kids they are killing kids.
I'm stopping after chapter 8...
