I don't know whether this was already suggested, but I skimmed the megathread and couldn't find anything about it, so I'm making a formal suggestion.
I have a not too embarrassing confession that anyone who's read any of them on this site already knows. I have a major weak spot for otome game reincarnations and isekai with female leads. However, it is kind of a pain to search for them. I usually end up looking up "Isekai OR Video Games OR Reincarnation OR Virtual Reality" under Shoujo or Josei (which unfortunately excludes some great series for general audiences, or miscategorized series, but that's not the point right now) (tangent, it irritates me so much when one of them, or any manga, from a josei publication and written by a mangaka who generally writes josei, gets categorized as seinen just cause it's more mature. Like, people, please, read some josei, they're great. Not to say that my thoughts on what constitutes a genre is absolute truth or that people should gatekeep and generalize who reads what on the basis of age and gender, but sometimes publishers have their targetted audience explicitly in their name, and I guess my true motive is that I want more people to read josei so more josei will be scanlated. I am on a josei binge and am loving it. Anyways.)
It's not that it's super difficult to just click like 6 boxes, but this is just the example when I thought to ask. Tragically, when I just bookmark the search to my browser, it sometimes clears my search parameters. I've got some subgenre searches that take more than a dozen clicks and a minute to get through, so this is more like a time saving thing more than an essential feature
