I felt it was in awful taste to casually employ death by overwork (and at a young age at that) as just another plot device to have her isekai'd to her current setting. In a way it's worse than even suicide (at least there the person actually wants to die, as opposed to dying doing the very thing one needs to do to go on living), let alone the "death by truck" trope which we're all accustomed to expect at this point. I mean, you wouldn't have a character abducted, tortured, raped and then murdered "just" so you can have them isekai'd into some fantasy setting (unless it was an especially dark psychological kind of work) now would you?
