What's interesting is that the non-blacked out names follow the four-year cycle... could they have been temporary stand-ins? Maybe something tragic happened to the originals? :think:

If I'm seeing that correctly, it looks like there was a gap between 1997 and 2000 where either the power wasn't handed off or there was no Scarlet Star.
