It'd be nice to be able to search MDlist(yours and others that are public) like you can search MD's catalog, by title, mangaka and tags
The "sort by" options are kind of barebones when you want to get back to that one manga you remember liking and following but forgoten about ever since
Filter by demographics is a planned feature but it doesnt filter by things that are actually usefull(again title, mangaka and tags) isn't, which I find is kind of silly. There are plenty of josei and shonen manga that have more in common with each other than with other manga that's supposedly for the same demographic
