As the title states- Grandma (great grandma) leaves her family home which has become quite crowded with family members, feeling unneeded/in the way, actually ends up homeless, staying in a manga cafe in one chapter- She is a well known writer/novelist? and her editor is trying to find her at one point, her family is almost too busy (but not uncaring) to try and find her.

Last chapter I read she had found a landlord (also an elderly woman) who rents out to older folks specifically in such complicated circumstances and was in the process of moving in?

I believe it won some awards, maybe in a seinen category, or at least that is what I remember from the title description.

Thanks to anyone who can assist!

Is it this one? https://mangadex.org/title/29746/sanju-mariko
Sanjuu Mariko

The manga centers on veteran novelist Mariko Kōda, who lives with the families of both her son and her grandson in one house. Feeling like she no longer has any place in her home, she decides to leave the house and strike out on her own, beginning with living in a manga cafe in the city.

Won 42nd Annual Kodansha Manga Award for "Best General Manga" (2018)

Yeah, sounds like Sanju Mariko. Unfortunately scans don't go further than the first volume.
