i'm confused, was it not jobless that allowed him to change jobs and whatnot? So can he do or not do it, if he can, how come? So many things not explained, and it being the core of the whole setting for the mc and not being deemed as important to talk about or for the character himself to do an introspection is weird.

iirc you maintain the ability to use class skills even after you change jobs. Even though the job roulette skill specifically required the Jobless class to function, he still have the skill. His job changing skill has no such requirements, so change still freely change jobs.

As for the Jobless class. The MC will get it back, or least he did in the WN/LN.

I think it's appropriate to be anxious. The queen couldn't be appraised and is apparently capable of charming humans. Getting caught could be quite dangerous.
As for My World, he can only enter and exit it from the one entrance he created. He might have a world to stay in, but he'd be trapped in it. Although that might change since Haru can use the skill too thanks to being his familiar so they might be able to create multiple entrances from different locations.

coincidental. I believe its a side effect of a current skill and not likely to disappear.

It is far from easy to break habits like that. It took me over 8 years of working hard to break that kind of programing because I used to be terrified of upsetting people. I still get bursts of anxiety when the pressure is on to do it when it's necessary. Most humans (not just Asians) are terrible at dealing with confrontation and authority. They'd rather just let things slide and take the perceived easy route even if long term problems build up from that choice.
