I'm so confused on how his abilities work. I thought he wasn't supposed to be able to use any skills? Or was it leveling his "jobless" job what allows him to set sub-jobs and gain skills from those jobs? Like, can other people use sub-jobs or just him because of his "jobless" job?
Tbh I think the way his abilities work isn't explained very clearly.. I guess it makes him stronger if he doesn't have a job, and being jobless makes him able to use abilities from several jobs at the same time..? Sigh, it's always a shame when they don't make things easy to understand, even though it's possible and has been done in several same type mangas before.

so, necro, but from WN for future readers. Not sure if the manga is doing a bad job or its the translation:
for everyone that has Jobless (and I can't remember if newborns are jobless or start based on their parents [civilian, noble, etc], and it's rare to be jobless [isekai'd, loss previous 'job' under unusual circumstances, etc]), they quickly change to a job so that they can get stat gains and skills and such.
Because of his 20x20 boost, he noticed he can actually level Jobless, and that the job has actual skills that come with it. One of those skills allows him to 'equip' a second (normal) job and level it in parallel. It further levels up so he can equip a 3rd job (and likely more). Also, it has a job inspect and also unlocked a help guide type explanation in his UI. His multiple concurrent jobs being equipped is his 'cheat', as he's much stronger than a normal lvl 20 swordsman when he can equip his melee loadout as a level 20 swordsman + level 20 fighter + (more). Pretty sure Jobless actually has no stat growth, or very minor compared to normal jobs.
As mentioned, this and Slave Harem have kind of a similar premise in the job parts as an outcome of their cheats (and their respective first slaves for that matter), though the actual systems are fairly different (still have a lot of overlap in the job parts due to be job tree based and containing level/actions taken unlocks).
he somehow came with a debug/admin version of Jobless, which is why it comes with skills. It isn't supposed to. Really confused the goddesses when they noticed.
