I kind of think Nana actually likes the idea of Yuu having a harem with her as the main girl. If you ask me, I think she is the actual one in charge of things between the two of them. Yuu is kind of like a puppy. Everyone wants to "pet" the puppy, and the puppy likes everyone because that is how puppies are. However, Nana OWNS the puppy. She decides who the puppy can be "petted" by, and in the end is the one who gets to take the puppy home.

Plus she gets her for eternity anyways, so sharing from time to time isn't that bad.

I get the feeling that this chapter is basically just saying that Ruri was meant as a prominent member of the harem with her own focus, similar to the other girls, and the mangaka is basically saying, "I had plans for her, damn it."

Nana indicated she was into it in a previous chapter. Just before she found out she's immortal now, she looked at a picture of the harem and thought about how nice it was. I can't go check the wording because the site's not working great for me, but it was something like "this is nice, too", so she's into having Yuu to herself AND to sharing her. Fun gal.
