Cops have a certain degree of authority that makes it so that you comply through a questioning. These people are random strangers with nothing to back up their unjust claims built on assumptions. I do agree though that killing them is not the way to go about it, but a certain amount of self defense is justified.

@themanj The thing is, he is actually trying to comply but they are the ones that don't want to listen. Taking your example of the cops, they are the ones who want to shoot him the moment they see a gun on him. No questions asked, they go straight for the kill.
I don't see any sense in killing them either, but the least he could do is incapacitate them and get them to listen
