Yeah. The adventurers guild really doesn't matter. Unsure why he ever thought they did, once he had found a legal route to sell drops to other merchants.
Because it's the easiest way to spread the gospel that spirit users arent trash?
Wasnt that part of the plot, or am I mistaking it with the hundreds of other spirit user/tamer stories.

he just need to continue as usual.
the adventure guild already losing a lot from the beginning (iirc the Adventure will take a lot from that amount if he goes there instead here. so not just he save sum of money himself and "robbed them", he also claim the achievement for himself in discretion as currently any revelation will actually put the kids in danger. meaning he not just hit 2 birds with a stone, but multiple at once without him knowing.
also it just matter of times the dragon source will be revealed. so it definitely deal way more damage to adventure Guild reputation if they only find out after everyone Know as they will have no way to stir the situation such as make him the bad guy, accusing him steal someone achievement from adventure guild (since all directly goes and being managed from other Guild, meaning the source information already credible), or trying to take the credit. hence it actually Ultimate Revenge by being successful

It was part of the plot, but I still don't see how joining an adventurers guild will spread any gospel. Even if you rank up over the years.
Compared to, say, ignoring that guild entirely and start interfacing directly with the merchants instead, letting them put an identity to the high-ranking wares where you let them know you are a spirit abuser. Which they will inevitably spread out away from the local region, and maybe even use as a selling point for the material's rarity to promote them as a novelty so ppl get interested.

That said, if it truly is his goal, he should really just hire a bunch of bards to make songs and sing them as they travel around. Alongside writing books that is distributed and accessible for free, letting ppl know how to become one and how to do it correctly to great effect. And why&how most people do it incorrectly.
Ignore all guilds - adventurers or commerical - entirely.

I think A LOT of ppl forgot whats this manga about including both of you, I dont blame you guys Author got really side tracked with this one

===THE JOURNEY SO FAR===QUICK RECAP===

[Queue Play Music - Kansas : Carry on My Wayward Son]

MC is ISEKAI-ED to help develop the barren cursed land of the death where almost nothing can grows and littered with monsters,
By making contracts with spirits, high level at that one, he gains different perks and power that makes him OP and enable him start cultivating that barren land plot by plot slowly and smally

MC went to guild to register to sell material for money to buy materials for land developement only to learn the harsh truth that everyone thinks spirit tamer job in this world is a scam, because almost no one can see spirit to prove them real and some that proclaimed to be one is mostly fake, like how alchemist claim they can make golds in our world but we knows by today standard that is fake AF

This hits home to MC and butthurt his feeling by massive miles, I dont blame and agreed with him cuz not only the randos, even the guild receptionist (big booba onee-san and guild leader looks and treat him badly), they tried to scam and downplay him thinking he steals his hunts instead, so he made it his sole purpose (aside the original one) to raise his job to the top so people can stop shitting on it and made it veeeeery personal,

Afterward we get a cliche adventurer messing with MC, MC thinks this is great oppoturnity to tell and show everyone he's not a scam and his job is real, battle ensued, he defeated them One-hit-K-O very fast that everyone is shocked but still wont budge, and shit on MC even more, altho they have this feeling he might not be spirit tamer, he's not that weak either, they suspect he use some back handed method to won or just strong but trolling by claiming and persisting he's a spirit tamer

Afterward he met the orphan, that also didnt believe he's spirit tamer and think he's trying to scam them when MC saw potential of the orphans to be fellow spirit tamers like him too, took him awhile, they believed him and also become fellow spirit tamers too, then this is the only short moment we actually back on track on reviving the dead barren land when MC brings them to the area and show how he does it himself, they feels sorry again for not believing him and finally trusted him,

Afterward this is the time MC derailed again and focus on the side quest of making his job the top and start making connection with merchant guild and deals with them either, they dont believe him too but they dont shit on him, gladly not doing so, afterward MC brings the great deal of profit and they really monopolized him in good way, help and advice him to maintain good relationship with MC,
