Oh, so like {Isekai Nonbiri Nouka}, he uses overpowered tools to help him... but he himself isn't OP.
The loli spirit is a weak one, so she'll probably "evolve" too... maybe after the contract is made, and he has to name her... or something like this.

So, this one should be in the same vain as {Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami} or {Genjitsushugisha no Oukokukaizouki}, where the MC doesn't move much and isn't overpowered, but gets help by stronger and cleverer locals. And like those two, the fact that in this world, the Human kingdoms are warring against each other is maybe a good start for some light political drama.

Well, I'm extrapolating all that from 2 chapters, so maybe I'm completely wrong... Maybe he gets superpowers in the next chapters, kills a god after that and then eradicates all mankind in chapter 5.

What are you taliking about? It is already weird she uses clothes at all, unless we take that spirits ae used to deal with humans in this world. Spirits are beings that are aways depicted as being "free spirited" and having no shae of their form, unlike humans, so I don't see why her clothe would be a problem...

Level 1 - physical power: rank F - magical power: rank F - (no idea what): rank E - (no idea what): rank C - (no idea what): rank C - luck: probably rank B (hidden completely by MC's head - taken from chapter 2 cause "luck" is usually the stat that does not increase with levels).

-> already at the end of chapter 2 reached:
Level 12 - physical power: rank D - magical power: rank D - (no idea what): rank D - (no idea what): rank C - (no idea what): rank C - luck: rank B

So if this goes on he will reach rank A or maybe S by chapter 10 for the first 3 stats.
Hence I think he will not turn out to be one of those MCs that simply get help from stronger locals / inhabitants of that world but become one of the strongest himself.
