Damn, they really need to finish this fight up. There is a whole world of assholes to fix, and they have been stuck on this dumb, mask-wearing corny jackass pope for...like ever now.
Regarding that, spoiler ahead:
The series ends early with an open ending and if I remember it correctly this is the final battle. But it seems the author is writing a sequel story after that.

I just Binge read this. And one thing is bothering me. Why the hell does he need to hide he was the hero and not say out loud that there is probably a real Demon lord out there and he is just a Monster tamer. When he became a hero, there was surely a DL out there as he had guessed in a prev chapter.
Also there is inconsistency in that Randy guy. In the beginning he was made out to be an asshole who was happy to capture the Elf childern. And partway he just became a good guy? who adores the Dwarf girl child and is protective of her. When did he get a turn in character?
