This will be the last romance manga i watch i think. Because the romance writers don't want to disappoint their readers rather than themselves, thus doing everything they can in the shortest time to make the most popular girl win.
I hate tsunderes overall and their treatment in the manga scene. They always get what they want because instead of a well written character, their shtick is "Lolll funny lolll loud noise haha *punches* b-b-baka! *breaks your neck* i don't wanna see you!!! *wants to see you but plays hard to get*." And this of course leads to people believing they have "An AmAziNg ChraCaTer DevElOpmeNt" when they stop punching the MC for 5 seconds to show how much they are in pain actually and how it should be about them but the baka MC just doesn't get them.
Now, here's my controversial opinion: I didn't like Toradora. The ending, i mean; what the hell was that? Why do i see similarities here? The tsunderes getting what they want by running and crying and showing how they have it hard? Yeah? Cool. And how the tsunderes give orders to the MC in the last episode and the MC accepts unconditionally. I mean, come on! Are these the traits you want people to carry on? Run away, play hard to get and get people to abide your orders?
Now, think if you talked to a girl who punched your shoulder every time you either told a joke, expressed your opinions or showed why and how certain behavior of this girl could get better. The girl doesn't express her opinions, hides stuff from you, makes it all about her every chance she gets, doesn't tell you when she's upset and just runs away... Would you even stop for a second even if they were a 10/10 to think you'd be friends with them let alone marry them? But then why does the 2 most beloved (estimate) romance shows have these girl win over a normal, genuine person?
If i start ranting about the tsunderes and their manipulative acts this will not be a post but a pdf. How are people ok with these types of characters depicted as a love interest? I was kinda annoyed watching Toradora, but this shit was something else. I think every chapter had a threshold of punching the MC the writer had to meet to give Ayumi "character".
TL;DR: I hate tsunderes. I hate abusive and manipulative people getting what they want and people reading it up as romance. I hate not punching the MC counts as character development for tsunderes, whose character is never nothing more than loud, obnoxious and annoying. I hate loud characters being seen as more of a character just because they're loud. I hate romance animes. I hate fame and money hungry writers who know they can't replicate their success so they try their best to damage a medium for the sake of longer sustenance. And i hate Nisekoi.
