I went ahead and read all available WN chapters (68) so here are some spoilers!
Note: Manga seems more based on LN version, which according to author is a bit different from WN, and i already noticed some differences, but anyway

• MC-kun trains his magic and at the dungeon, becoming stronger while slowly making Heroine-chan open up. Relationship between them is actually quite cute and wholesome. He gifts her a staff from the dungeon, goes shopping with her, etc.
• MC-kun trains in swords and dual wields - he goes dungeon-ing with Heroine-chan and he is, as you expect, OP lol. They both have their secrets with her hiding that she can use stuff beside fire magic
• On his 10th birthday, when it's revealed he lost the other elements, his brother becomes heir. They don't completely go full idiot on him as his power with fire is recognized, but since losing the elements is bad infront of the public he loses his position.
• Which leads to his brother going full idiot and demand MC-kun bow down to him and "give him his slave". MC punches him to hell and back and threatens to kill him if he comes near Celia. His idiot brother later tries to anyway which makes MC-kurn burn away his pinky in a way that isn't healable. Healing magic & Potions are really strong in this story and can heal pretty much anything as it recovers the body to the state projected in the soul, but MC basically burned away his pinky from his soul, so to say. When his father confronts him MC-kun tells him that he will even kill him if he wants to hurt Celia.
• This leads to his family being really scared of him. They don't go against him anymore, but they stay the fuck away from him and moved away to another house. Others are also scared of him and he is pretty much isolated with his only genuine connections being Heroine-chan and old Maid.
• A couple years later, it's school time. They go together, but even there MC is isolated as he is brought a slave with him - which is legal, but frowned upon. School shenanigans ensue. One of the game's OG MC's friends tried to duel him for Celia and get's humilated by having his butt burned. After that OG MC keeps challenging him and keeps getting humilated/rekt. MC & Celia closer
• A while later, an injured fire Dragon heads to the academy. This Dragon is the guardian of Leclair (the country Celia is princess of) and was searching for her. A Water Dragon (this country's guardian) whose name is "Wasser" (Lmao) pursues him and a fight ensues. Water > Fire as you all know and hence fire dragon was getting rekt under the cheers of everyone else. Seeing her guardian dragon getting destroyed, Celia falls in tears. MC goes full chad mode and clears her tears away then to not make her fall into despair, heals the fire dragon and fights the water dragon and turns the tide of the fight - before he finished off the Water Dragon however, Undine, the water guardian spirit of the country appears and stops him from doing that. They argue for a bit and MC accusses her of not doing anything to stop the invasion, to which she replies that no one else was able to see her. She heals the Water Dragon and leaves.
• MC uses all the energy in the fight and finally loses weight xD. The fire dragon takes him and Celia away to his Temple at the edge of Leclair. MC and Celia finally open up with their secrets to each other and the old Dragon keeps going "Jo Babies doko?" "Kingdom needs heirs" "Ah, you mating now?" on them and teases them to hell and back xD. They kinda live like Husband and Wife at the temple anyway lol. He also removes the slave crest here as it isn't needed anymore.
• MC and Celes are now on a Kingdom retaking and rebuilding mission - the hard part is doing so without pissing off Undine. Undine does not approve of the invasion but she will go against him if he decides to go full murder hobo on her country's citizens. He is strong but she's basically on the same level as Ifrit - not to mention she prefers peace. So for a start, MC decides to destroy the supply lines between his old country and Leclair to force the soldiers basically out due to lack of supplies.
• MC gets chubby again as basically fat is his "Magic tank" and he feels intense hunger due to his magic and stuff lol. Celes loves him either way and wants to learn to cook just for him wink wink nudge nudge and they cook together at the temple and she keeps learning from his so she can keep cooking for him forever and the dragon gets the babies

That's where the WN basically is at now. It's pretty typical until the last bit at the school there.
