It's a side-story/flashback thingy. This is just my guess after reading it but I think that Theresa is either Miss Leila's little sister that died in the labyrinth and was reborn as a demi-human, or that she is a girl that resembles her little sister that also died in the labyrinth.

Then the story continues on from Ch 2 of the series, where the guy got launched away by Leila.

Well it appears that Miss Leila is from Earth and seeing Theresa reminds her of her little sister that she can't see anymore. Thusly in memory of her little sister that cared for all life Leila wanted to support demi-humans like Theresa.

Wow. Some unexpected depth to Leila's protective attitude. Looking at the Theresa's hair, I think its the same person we see on the farm; only the color has changed.

Die in modern world > get sent to isekai > die in isekai dungeon > get revived as demi in the same isekai? So basically her sister died twice, before they got reunited.
That or it's a completely different person that just have very similar features and the illustrative idea that even something non-sentient (plants / demis) have feelings.

I honestly don't remember the past chapters anymore but, that's my take on this side chapter.

Leila's sister name is Patie
Theresa just looks like her little sister.
Hence, the chapter title is "Another Younger Sister"

Awww poor lady lol. Holding on to the ideals of her younger sister, hoping she was making a difference in someone’s lives, never really getting proof that the kindness she gave and was living for was ever really received. (Do plants really care to be taken care of?/Do Demi-humans need the safe treatment? Or are they really empty shells?)

That was her proof that she’s been making a difference, and... maybe a step closer to her sisters feelings.

I hope for even more of a change in our Demi-human friend! I wanna see her reactions lol

At the very least, it seems that getting 100 tickets is a giant pain in the ass?
