The boots were ONE of the drops, and, yet, where's the rest of them?

The way I understood that descriptions is that it is one of the VARIOUS drops that it is listed on its loot table. I.E. in many games mobs don't just drop everything they can each time they die. They roll for what item(s) is dropped.
