Enjoying this so far; I'm gonna take a guess though and say that the heroes felt like Henry should have also been classified a hero, and that keeping the front is difficult without him, thus they begin a campaign of trying to get him back - just my guess based on the cliches these things go by.

It's so odd to have the seperation be Mage and magic user though, Mage's definition is just Magician. Like you said I'd have gone with like Mage, Warlock and Sorc over Mage and Magic User.

It seems like an ok series so far, I know from Novel updates its pretty slice of lifey but the manga could deviate like some of the other series like this (Like that one where the guy wants an easy life with wolf demon bride that deviated heavily from the Novel). It's very slow paced so far which is suprising for the first 3 chapters.

I definitely don't mind a cozy slice of life fantasy series, and I really enjoy the gacha element for gear. It's a nice twist compared to the other gacha stories that are usually skill pulls (or companion pulls).

Manga usually doesn't deviate from it's source, and even if it is, it's probably either adapted from published light novel version (while the translated novel is usually web novel version, cause it's free) or the original author wants it to deviate, like Nageki no Bourei
