@Grimmycoffee lol, peasant revolts are mostly due to dissatisfaction with taxes or food issues. People at the time worry more about shelter and food than anything else. Of course if the feudal lord is ridiculous and administer stupid rules, the peasants would also rise up. However, food is definitely a huge issue pre-modern era.
