If he reincarnated into the same world it can not be considered an isekai. Isekai needs that "somehow transfering to a different world" part. Just going to the future (or past) through reincarnation does not count. So yeah it can, but how often does that happen?

This has got to be the worst character introduction in this manga yet. Not only did she act in a way that shows she should not be trusted, but her dialog and self introduction makes no fucking sense. Hopefully the author makes the MC distance himself from this crazy bitch cause that's the only plot progression that makes sense right now.
