Because lighning is countless milions of Volt. To jump 1 cm of air you need approximately 10 000 Volts of electricty and her sparks flew probably 1-2 Meter so that would make 1 -2 Milion of Volts. A phone needs 5 Volts. Thats why you need a charger that regulates the electricty coming from your outlet from 230 V (or 110 V) down to 5 V.

To be honest it would have made more sense if she fried the circuit of the phone with her spark.

As much as I love a buff, big booba dragon lady, I would like it if the story still focused on survival. This premise is very fun.

Also wasn't it said that Dragon King Naga was like the final boss of the dragons? Seems like kind of a waste to up the stakes of the powerlevels so soon on the story. Unless they come up with a reason to really nerf her.

Like, I dunno, the same reason the elf princess is completely debuffed from being on par with Naga?

A fair point. I'd assume she's less a reduction in challenge and more a new hole for them to shovel food into, and her strength is going to be needed just to do that.
