I was the same at first. But yeah, read right to left...

On pg. 6 "or being a bitch..." - if the word ビッチ (bitch) was used in the raws, this actually means "slut" since ビッチ in Japanese is a wasei-eigo loanword that has a different meaning from the original. Sachi didn't want to be seen by her senpai as an easy lay / "ho" because of all the lewd (accidental) pervert situations she finds herself in.
