Normally every tribute has a some kind of limit/side effect Like noah can only use his riffle when his life is in danger, the girl needs to find her way out of some dark realm if she wants to get revived and her regeneration has a time limit, the druggy is still affected by the drugs he takes, the more powerful the drug, the harder are the drawbacks.
But this new guy, we've yet seen his limit. He literally can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, as long as he wants.
I wonder if it gonna be something like "every minute he uses his tribute, his lifespan get reduced by 5 years" or something like that.
