...okay yeah so obviously it's the Dean. Which makes me think it's a red herring. Though, this series not being a mystery, I think it would also be perfectly acceptable to skip the investigation and whodunnit and go straight to trying to counter his plan and/or figure out his motivations

While I do think in standards of education that students should be taught at the same level and pacing no matter their background, if some students have proven to be exemplary in one or multiple fields, they should be given the chance to attend higher-level classes that match their capabilities, and of course as @Dekker explained, be rewarded for their efforts.

Also, 'Tired O'Nuff' is such an Ace Attorney-worthy name, sheesh. XD
