I do have an inkling to think that Nagisa told them about the place just so he could go there to get his hands on something. I mean... he could just stay put upstairs and take a nap now that the noisy kids were going to leave, but nooo, he's there with them and not only that, he's very awake.
But even if that's the case, I refuse to believe my favorite character is the evil mastermind, I think in this case he is doing so for his own purposes (aka naps and giggles).
