Maybe I’m a prude, but the issue with a college kid dating a high schooler isn’t the age difference, it’s that they’re in very different stages of life and environment, even if the age gap is small. It’s a big jump! College is a whole different beast! Likewise for college kid vs working young adults - different life stage, priorities, level of independence etc. DATE SOMEONE IN THE SAME PHASE OF LIFE!!!!

Nah the arc is just pretty shit. The first one was by far the best despite the conclusion being mid somewhat. Second arc was okay but doesn’t compare. This one is just ass.

Don't get me wrong, if this series were exclusively about BL or even about sexuality in general i'd agree with you. But this series as a whole is not BL.

I don’t mind this arc too much. Compared to the first and second I’m not very invested. But the issue I’m having aside from the high school vs college characters is that they’re in different stages of life.


If the mc of this arc was close to graduating or the love interest was a first year student, it might be easier to accept for me. Like. Maybe wait for each other? I don’t know. It’s wonky to me.

But, I suppose my main issue is a teacher (aspiring anyways) and a student thing.
I know it happened to Kanade but, I’m afraid the issue will be dredged up when his friends find out.

If things are kept chaste I suppose there’s nothing entirely wrong.
